The Lansdowne, Eastbourne, has been owned and run by the same family since 1882, a milestone now in its fourth generation. Its 1912 Seafood & Steak Restaurant opened on 14th October 2022 and offers panoramic sea views from its ground-floor dining room. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the restaurant has its own street-side entrance and is accessed through the hotel.

The hotel has 98 bedrooms, including seven double-bedded executive rooms, three superior rooms, and one junior suite, all south-facing with sea views. Executive, superior, and suite rooms include bottled water and upgraded toiletries. Family rooms are available and can accommodate a family of four.
